Books and Monographs
All books may be returned for full credit within thirty (30)
days of purchase. If not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, simply return it, along with your invoice or invoice
number, to our customer service department. Our guarantee also
applies to prepaid orders.
Databases
If you cancel a database subscription within thirty (30) days of
implementation, you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00
administration fee. If you cancel a subscription after thirty (30)
days, you will be charged a $25.00 administration fee, and the
balance of your subscription will be prorated.
